What are the job requirements?
| Pharmacist |
|
Pharm D or RPH. State of CO Pharmacist License. CPR certification preferred. |

| Pharmacy Technician |
|
High school diploma or equivalent. CPhT from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. |

| Physical Therapist |
|
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Licensed to practice physical therapy in Colorado. |

| Physical Therapist Assistant |
|
High school diploma or equivalent State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, candidates must have graduated in good standing from an accredited program. Previous experience in inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred. |

High school diploma or equivalent. CPR/BLS certification and current modality registry |
